No internet connection

Hi,

My WiFi is not working, I can see the WiFi but it says there is no connection. On the modem,everything is fine except for the 5g light that is not lit.

I tried to unplug the modem and also to restart completely, both didn't work.

I checked all the cord, everything seems fine, so I don't know what to do.

    It could be an outage on Fizz' network or Videotron's network.

    If that's the case, then everything will eventually comme back to normal.
