How to cancel second plan created with Move with fizz?
Hello, I moved to a different apartment. I clicked Move with Fizz and schedule an appointment today. I brought my modem I simply wanted to be wired at my new place, but somehow instead of moving my existing internet, it created a second plan. The installer came but also left with a second modem because I already had mine. I have internet right now and it works, but I want to cancel the second plan which shows activation pending. And I can't move the existing internet because it says there is already one at that address... I contacted customer support, but then internet stopped, when I reconnected it was too late the convesation was closed and it seems like I can't open a new conversation...

Try to go to manage plan (the one that is pending) and cancel appointment.
