I tried to follow the steps to add a friend in my contact to gift my perks but it's impossible. I get the message member not found. Can someone help me please
Maybe the member is not visible to your search because of the privacy setting. That is in the account Communications' block at the end of the page https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/profile
Ask your friend to temporarily be set in Full experience:
Also, try putting your friend's phone number in without hyphens or brackets. Use only numbers. No to () - in the search.
