Cannot hear my voicemail?

When attempting to listen to my voicemails, I hear a voice that's different from the usual one. It tells me to 'press one to hear my messages', but when I do, nothing happens. Is this something I did?

    Check if it's not a blank/spam message.

    After you press 1 to listen press 33 to fast forward the message to the end.

    If the message is longer than 10 seconds you may need to press 3 several time. 33 33 33
