Why is Fizz so broken and arrogant?

Fizz has basically no way to get in touch with anyone regarding technical issues. It's extremely frustrating. It's 6pm EST right now and they're supposed to have chat support until 9pm EST and yet there is no chat bubble, and no more clear/concrete way to get ahold of them... incredibly aggravating. When speaking to them yesterday through the chat, they also assume there cannot be anything wrong with their software even though Visa says there are zero charges even being attempted, and there are countless other people complaining about payment issues in the community hub. Ridiculous. This company should be nuked from orbit.
