Purchased phone not appearing in "Order History"

Hello,

Yesterday, I purchased a Fizz phone through Paybright and everything seemed to work fine. I wanted to track the shipment of my phone, but for some reason, the purchase does not appear in Fizz's order history and there is not trace or confirmation from Fizz that I actually purchased the phone, I only have the confirmation from Paybright. Can someone tell me if this is normal ? If it is, how can I track my package ?

    It can take some time until it appears. If you use Paybright, then they approve you first for the purchase and need to communicate that to Fizz before Fizz initiates the sale of the phone. It could be that this information has not been transmitted yet or it is a simple display error on the website. In either case, as suggested by @Simon, you can reach out to support and double check everything, just to be on the safe side.

    Hi! The best thing is to "chat" with Fizz support:

    Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues

    --> if you are not connected, make sure to login

    --> business hours from 8 am to 9 pm (EST)

    Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support.
