Connected without Internet

Hello,
I am having trouble accessing internet with my Fizz/ modem this morning.
I have followed https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
The @ light is still off.
What can I do ?
