Maybe it's a web session issue:

1. disconnect explicitly with the left menu option "►Log out" (if it's available)
2. close all Fizz tabs in your browser
3. clear your cache and cookies ( anything like *.fizz.ca )
4. reconnect

Other things you can try:

• use Incognito/Private mode
• connect with another browser
• connect with another device (mobile, laptop, tablet)
• make sure no browser plugin blocks the page (like ad blocker, no-script, VPN, ...)
