Kindly let me know how can I cancel the home internet I have and where to return the modem.

    Not the right place to ask but go to Your account then plans then manage plan then unsubscribe.

    The reste will be displayed on the unsubscription page.

    You have to return the modem at a post office. When you make the unsuscribe you will receve a mail with a QR code. Just bring this qr code and the moden with a post canada office and they will send the modem back to Fizz.
