Can't make payment, service cut.

Hi,

I lost my wallet a couple weeks ago and cancelled my card. While I waited for the new card, My internet payment didn't go through and my service was suspended. I since added a credit card but Fizz keeps saying it doesn't work, even though they made a transaction for 0.00$ that was approved and my card works every where else., including a competitor since it's easier to change ISP than asking Fizz to delay a payment. Now I can't even delete end re-enter my card since it's linked to my phone plan and that will probably fail as well in 10 days.

Any idea? I've tried clearing cache and all that. It doesn't work on 2 computers and phone. Now I'm wasting Fizz data because Fizz doesn't work. If this wasn't Videotron, I wouldn't have moved here since the website looks like a scam. I should've known by the contact page that doesn't have any contact info.

    What do you mean when you say it doesn't work when you add the card ? What msg/error do you get ?

    Is the old card still on the list of payment methods ??

    note that tou can't delete a credit card if its the only one on the list.

    You can always chat with fizz at any time.

    The old card isn't on the list. The new card is but I can't remove it as you said so I tried adding it again and all it does is bringing me back to the payment method page. There's no error message.

    The Fizz chat is like talking to robots. They keep telling me to contact my bank, which I did and the bank says a successful transaction was made by Fizz.

    Well if the new card is on the list now that means it has been accepted as payment method, so we just need to know when fizz are going to take the payment and restore the service.

    In my opinion you did everything on your side it's up to fizz know.

    It's been 5 days now and they keep saying there's a problem with my card. I called my bank again and they say everything is in order. The lady from the bank uses Fizz and seeing my problem and that is so difficult to contact, she said she'd change provider. lol
