hello, anyone knows if we get a credit from the previous supplier we we close our account for the unused monthly time? Or if it is better to wait before our month is almost completed before doing the switch?

Thanks

If it's about going to Fizz, it depends on the supplier's policy. Refund from Videotron was prorated.

If it's about leaving Fizz, the Internet plan is reimbursed in a prorated fashion while the mobile plan is paid in full in advance and not reimbursed prorated. So with mobile plan, try to quit your plan near the end of its monthly cycle.

If you cancel your Home Internet services agreement during a payment cycle, you will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining days for the monthly fee paid at the beginning of your payment cycle.

This prorated refund will be processed once your Wi-Fi modem has been received by Fizz. Based on the date at which you return your modem, expect a delay of approximately 4 to 6 weeks before receiving your refund.

If you choose to cancel your Fizz mobile service before the end of your payment cycle, know that you will not receive any prorated refund. Fizz is a prepaid mobile service, and the choice to cancel before the end of your cycle is yours
