I received scheduled address change but the new address is the same as my current address. I don't find option to cancel. reschedule or edit the new address. How can I fix this? They will cancel and reconnect service to the same address!
if you do I not have the option (this can take 3 hours to appear) you should contact the support, go on this link https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service and click on the button on the bottom right
