If the technician told me I can't have internet in my home, can I have my money back?

This week the Technician came to my place and he said it's not possible to install internet unless we make a hole in the walls etc, this is a rented condo and I can't make any modifications in the place, so I wonder if I can have my money back

    Absolutely! Fizz is a prepaid service and your are never forced into a contract. The payment you did wen you first scheduled the appointment is a pre-payment for the first month. Since your first month was not activated (happens once technicians brings the modem, checks the connection and you activate the mode) you simply need to cancel online or contact customer support.

    In your case I would contact support since the technician was already there. They will refund you the money to the original mode of payment.
