login error with Fizz wifi app

Everytime I login it brings me to the landing page and then immediately pops up a message saying I need to relogin.

Password is correct.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same result.

    Erase its cache before uninstalling it, then reinstall it to see if this works.

    If it fails again, make sure there is no confusion between zeros and O, digit 1 and letter L or i.
