Do you loose your applied upgrades (My Rewards) when upgrading internet plan?

Is there a way to keep applied upgrades from My Rewards if I upgrade to the "120Mbps at 50$ plan" or I just loose them.

Not a big deal, just curious.

    Your rewards will remain active even after changing your plan.

    Yes they still apply, but they seem to have a bug right now and you could be changed full price the first month. Once charged, you can contact Fizz sand they'll reimburse the extra paid, could take a few days however.
