Gifting data issue "This user cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan"

Hi Fizz community,

Someone is trying to gift me data but they receive this error: "This user cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan".


I have a Fizz mobile plan with data for the past couple months. Do you know how this issue can be fixed? I need extra data ASAP.

    They escalated my issue to the technical support team. However, since morning, have not heard any updates from them!
