Chat with Fizz to explain the situation and issue a refund request.
They should invite you to get a new card in the meantime. 2 ways to do that:
- order online like you did
- buy it in store at a Couche-Tard or UQAM's COOP : https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores

You will have to send Fizz support a message and explain the situation. They can easily sort it for you (My settings—>Contact Forms—>Green Chat Bubble)
Alternatively, you can also go to a Couche Tard (in Québec seulement) and buy the SIM card in the store directly. In this case Fizz will just refund you the money.
