I did not received my Sim card. the delivery service said that it was stuck to my door but I don’t see it. Can you send me another one?

    You will have to send Fizz support a message and explain the situation. They can easily sort it for you (My settings—>Contact Forms—>Green Chat Bubble)

    Alternatively, you can also go to a Couche Tard (in Québec seulement) and buy the SIM card in the store directly. In this case Fizz will just refund you the money.
