i missed a payment and my phone was blocked now when i payed it still is not working

I missed a payment and my phone was blocked now when i payed it still is not working, what does this mean? what am I supposed to do?

    Missing a payment should not "block" your phone, it should only stop the line service.

    It your payment is complete again make sure you DO ASSIGN it to the service:

    Once your payment method has been updated in your Fizz account, you must associate it to each plan you want to pay with that card. That is not done automatically. To associate your payment method to each of your plans:

    1. Log into your Fizz account.

    2. Select the plan, and click on Manage/Payment method

    Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.

    It not then try the following:

    • restart your phone
    • turn ON Airplane mode and then turn it back OFF
    • turn ON Data roaming and then turn it back OFF
    • make sure you're connected to Fizz as a carrier
    • turn OFF the Wi-Fi
    • and if neither of these steps helps you out, pop out the SIM card from your phone then pop it back in, restart the phone and then reset the mobile network settings. APN settings might then require reconfiguration, see https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
    • make sure that your OS is up to date
    • If all fails, chat with Fizz.
