This could happen if you bought an Add-On instead of a recurrent plan GB data option. More on add-On at https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-an-add-on-and-how-do-i-buy-one .
If you bought recurrent data, consult your transaction history to make sure and chat with Fizz if you see it.
If you want recurrent data, you must change your plan as explained in https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-mobile-plan , so go to My Plans ► Manage Plan ► Adjust plan
Make sure this time you select Change my plan :
Unfortunately this will take effect on your next cycle. In the meantime you'll have to rely on your Upgrades or buy buy yet another Add-On.
