Is the new $50 plan calculates my Upgrade?

I signed in to my account to take advantage of the new 120mbps $50 promotion, but the the total (tax included) I'm presented with doen't include/calculate my upgrades? How this thing work???

Am i supposed to call customer service to apply my discounts?

    Hi vanigh,

    In the past, the upgrades have not been included (not presented) in the new total.

    Do know that when your plan renews, the upgrade discounts will be included in the calculation.

    If there is any issue with your renewal, you can always contact Fizz support.

    This usually happens with the next renewal. Your written contract will always have the advertised price. Once the money is deducted from your credit card, they will take the upgrades into account and you will only be charged the outstanding balance (price minus upgrades).
