Would it be possible to get money returned?
Hello. I had an Internet plan with Fizz and lived with a housemate, we finally changed apartments, so I unsubscribed my plan today. However, the date of my automatic debit was May 29th, therefore the plan seems to have still 30 days left with internet that are not going to be used since the modem will be returned this week.
For that reason, I would like to ask you if there is a possible way to get that money or part of it to my wallet to use for a Mobil plan I will keep with the company.
Thank you in advance for your help and time.

Hello @Mafe
this forum is dedicated to mutual assistance between customers. Although Fizz will take a look at it eventually, you will have a much more prompt and informed response by chatting with them.
When you unsubscribe your internet plan, the reimbursement process will start once the modem has reached Fizz destination. The reimbursement will be prorated starting the unsubscribing date. So it will take a while but you will get your money back. Source: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-unsubscribe-from-fizz-home-internet
There will be not transfer of money such as to a wallet, only a credit card refund.
Seeing you also have a mobile plan, keep in mind that the procedure is different when you unsubscribe your mobile plan, the reimbursement is not prorated because it is prepaid. Source: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe#3a
