Lose the connection when switching from wifi to mobile data

there is an issue that bothers me for a while. When switching from wifi to cellular data, the internet connection is lost. It shows cellular data is open, but I cannot connect to the internet. I have to restart my phone, then it can work.

Is there anyone who came across the same issue? Could you guys give me some help, thanks in advance!
