The 120 mbps internet plan is at 50$ per month. How can I select it.

Hello,

I have just noticed that the 120 mbps internet plan offered on the Fizz website is at 50$ per month.

I also have the same internet plan currently with Fizz but it is set at 60$ per month.

When I try to adjust my internet plan on my account, and select the same plan with the new price, it says the following:

I did retry but it says the same message always. Aren't we allowed to get this new price as current Internet Fizz clients?

Is because I have a 2 $ rebate perk on?

    The system probably doesn’t let you switch because it is the exact same plan (same speed). Try to switch to a different plan (not the same speed), confirm and then switch to the 50$ promotional rate.

    If this fails too, contact Fizz support. They are able to switch the plan manually for you (My settings —> Contact Forms —> Green Chat Bubble).

    I read that you need to change to another plan then come back to that one to have the 50$ price
