Referred a friend
Hello
I referred a friend.
He order a SIM CARD.
Now, in the next billing cycle will Mark and I get $25 credit.
Mark informed me there was no area to add my referral code.
Please advise

The referral code is added in the last page that shows all billing details, just before you agree to everything.

Like @Jacques_Assert said it is always shown in the Order Summary page. But only if it is his first Fizz service. If for instance your friend already has Internet, the field is not supposed to show up.
If it did not show up on the SIM order, it should show up in the plan activation page (again in the Order Summary step). For more information: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-invite-friends-to-join-fizz#2
Note that the 25$ credit will be made available only when the said friend pays his 2nd monthly bill. At that point that amount works as a rebate on the next bill. So not exactly the next one after the SIM order.

As has already been mentioned, the box only shows up for new account owners. Your friend must be a first time Fizz customer.
Also the referral code will be made available in the 2nd billing cycle.
