Link to my account doesn't work - page broken - can't update my payment method
Hello, as mentioned in the question box, when I click on my account, it sends me to a broken page. I tried on Explorer, Chrome, without AdBlocker, still can't load. I also used the link provided by Fizz in an email to update the payment method, but it still sends me to a broken page. Do you have any solution?

Have you tried a mobile browser? Maybe that could do the trick? Also try clearing your cache and use the browser in incognito mode. If this fails as well, the best would be to contact Fizz support directly via chat (My settings —> Contact Forms —> Green Chat Bubble).

I'd chat with Fizz right away as it affects 2 problems: no services following a payment issue and broken website.
To chat:
- Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
- Look bottom right for the big ❔ question mark in a green bubble.
- Click it, options will be displayed
- Choose 💬 "Chat"
- Note: the bubble will only display the chat for a computer version. If you are on a cell phone, you must check "Desktop site" in your browser settings.
- Submit your question with possibly a relevant screenshot or modem photo
- After that will be displayed the number of customers preceding you, to manage your expectations. Updated real time.
ALTERNATIVELY, try leaving a message on Facebook Messenger (https://www.facebook.com/fizzca), iMessage or Twitter private. The advantages of Fizz tool are the management of waiting times and the ability to print (e.g. PDF) a copy of the conversation for your records. Sometimes you can even leave a comment about your satisfaction with the conversation.

Try in incognito mode. It usually solve a lot of issues
