I updated my default payment 2 days ago for my internet plan, yet my internet plan is suspended.

I clicked on make a payment and I’m wondering when my internet will be back on.

This is very inconvenient and I’m regretting choosing fizz.

    make sure you restart your router and Contact fizz via the chat bubble if still not working. fizz takes the payments immediately and updates the account.
