i can not call my mothers phone (no she does not have me blocked)

I can call any other phone and it will work i can also call my mom from any other phone and it will work. she can call my phone and it will work. But when i call her with my phone it doesnt work. i tried restarting my phone also i tried useing #31# still didnt work can anyone help me?

    Hi Jonathan. Try manually dialing the number to make sure that it's being inputted correctly.
