how will my data work if I go to USA and will I need to buy some roaming data?

I'm planning to go to Philadelphia and NYC for summer vacations and since i never used Fizz out of Canada and even further never out of Quebec I'm wondering how will it work for my data while travelling there?

Also, will I get fees using them in USA or do I need roaming fees as I needed with my last company?

And finally my plan does said I got coverage for for both USA and Canada but I'm since worrried about that .

If I could please get an answer it would be really appreciated

Hi SebastienLP,

Roaming is much cheaper with Fizz mobile. Fizz is prepaid, you will be able to use specific services only if you already paid for it or if you already have money available in your wallet to use such services. With Fizz, there is never any surprise billing.

If you already have Canada/USA coverage, then your mobile plan will work. Make sure to enable roaming on your phone settings.

If those who do not have Canada/USA coverage, you can change your plan (as long as you make the change at least 48 hours before your renewal). And the change will take effect immediately after your renewal. Just a note that you have to select from the list of plans available at the time of your change and that your old plan may no longer be available.
