Sim Card Not Working

Hello,

Yesterday I switched carriers and did my cell phone number transfer. It is currently the next day and my phone is not working. I even tried inserting my sim card in another phone and it still did not work. I called Virgin Mobile and it said that my phone is likely not locked, but my phone is currently saying Network: Not Available, Sim Not Provisioned, and I have no bars. My phone plan was activated because my credit card was charged, but I am not sure as to how I should proceed. Please help!!

i was with virgin and i did my sim card activation today.

    follow these steps:

    1) Activate your sim via fizz

    2) choose to transfer your number, i chose the IMEI option and entered that 15 digit number (you can search for this on the phone)

    3) virgin will send you a text you must reply YES to it to allow the transfer (from virgin sim)

    4) turn off your phone and change your sim to fizz only then.

    5) turn on your phone it should work if you want to be sure virgin transferred call them.

it took me about 3 mins to do all this and it is working now.
