The down and upstream lights are blue after plugging off the modem
Hi
I plugged off the modem and after that my modem has not worked and the power light is green but up and downstream arrows are blue and other lights are white. Do you know how I can fix it?
I tried to reset the modem and again it didn't work as same as plugging off.
It is disappointing that this company doesn't have a customer service phone number to call them and ask question immediately. Maybe someone has an important meeting and this situation will be stressful😠😠

Please leave the modem plugged in for at least 20 minutes, in case there is automatic firmware update that needs to be applied.
If the orange light remains lit after 20 minutes, your modem may need to be replaced.
You can Live Chat with customer support at any time:

Blue up/downstream is normal and indicates a successful sync.
You could know this by looking at the lights card included with the modem.
If the line is synced, the problem is likely on your side.
I suggest you start by resetting the modem and following the instructions on the box.
Then check the 'Contact Us' link under Help.

Also, I have a circular orange light under all icons. Do you know what it is?

The modem manual has no description for any orange lights. Can you confirm?
