Changing referral bonuses to home internet

I changed my referral to go to my hone internet instead of cellphone but it did not work for the first month. Does it take a while to apply?

I believe what @Ayoub M. #6500 refers to is the account setting that determines which plan is meant to receive the referral bonuses on its next billing.

For those who have more than one plan, you can look it up in your account https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/profile , at the bottom of "⚙️ My Settings" page:

This settings is in relation to the Balance amount visible in your referrals at https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/referral/history

Unfortunately, I do not know the answer and believe it is probably a bug. I have not changed mine yet.

Ayoub, I suggest chatting with Fizz to understand how it really works.

As @Christine mentioned it may be related to a next referral itself, not the whole balance.

Any referral bonus applies to the third payment.

Hi Ayoub,

I think it will apply only to future referral bonus. If you get another friend to subscribe to Fizz with your referral code then it should be applied to your home internet.

You can change your settings under your profile to choose another plan. Once that change is done, any future referral bonus will be assigned to that other chosen plan. »
