How to make internet work again???

Hi my internet is not working, the second green light is flashing and le 3rd and 4rd are close. We tried to disconnect the power and the factory reset. Do you have an idea?

Flashing light indicates that the modem is trying to synchronize.

You can check the cable connection, and then you need to wait.

If it keeps flashing after 15 minutes, it suggests a disconnect from the pole. A repair visit is likely required.
