No service after payment

I paid this morning and my phone has not come back, everything looks good on my dashboard.


Phone rang twice from call from scammer but when I call myself it says immediatly i did not answer.

Help please

    To chat with Fizz:

    1. Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
    2. Look bottom right for the big ❔ question mark in a green bubble.
    3. Click it, options will be displayed
    4. Choose 💬 "Chat"
    5. Note: the bubble will only display the chat for a computer version. If you are on a cell phone, you must check "Desktop site" in your browser settings.
    6. Submit your question with possibly a relevant screenshot or modem photo 
    7. After that will be displayed the number of customers preceding you, to manage your expectations. Updated real time.

    ALTERNATIVELY, try leaving a message on Facebook Messenger (https://www.facebook.com/fizzca), iMessage or Twitter private. The advantages of Fizz tool are the management of waiting times and the ability to print (e.g. PDF) a copy of the conversation for your records. Sometimes you can even leave a comment about your satisfaction with the conversation.

    it usually takes up to 2 hours:

    Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.

    Try one of the following:

    • restart your phone
    • turn ON Airplane mode and then turn it back OFF
    • turn ON Data roaming and then turn it back OFF
    • make sure you're connected to Fizz as a carrier
    • and if neither of these steps helps you out, pop out the SIM card from your phone then pop it back in, restart the phone and then reset the mobile network settings.
      • Android: Settings → General management → Reset → Reset network settings
      • iPhone: Settings → General → Reset → Reset network settings
      • Removing the sim and putting it back might require you to check your APN settings again. See: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
    • If nothing works at all, chat with Fizz

    Hi,

    Ive been trying to chat with fizz for hours, cannot find any links to do it.


    My data works but no voice calls.


    Help please !!!
