I know it's been asked many times but we need to know if it's in Fizz's plans to make it available or not.. To me this is a mandatory feature as often there is no signal in factories or buildings I work at and I need to be able to place/receive calls.

Consider a SIP account with a provider like voip.ms.

I already use them for voicemail (and I have a referral link if you are interested).

Any missed mobile calls forward to my voip.ms number so that the voicemail message is returned to me via email.

Simply adding a SIP account on your phone that uses the same voip number as voicemail would achieve your purpose.

Calls that can not reach your mobile phone forward to the voip number.

If a SIP device is registered (i.e. your phone over Wi-Fi) then your phone will ring, otherwise the call goes to voicemail.

On a stock Android phone, all the SIP account management is included. Some phones disable it by default but it can still be enabled via a utility (Samsung) and some remove the SIP calling feature entirely cough Apple cough so you'd need a third party app.
