Hi i have no wires at home and i need to modify my instalation apointment to have the tecnician run the wires too

    If you only want to change the date, you can do so up to 3 times:

    To reschedule your technician appointment:


    1- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.

    2- Click on Appointments.

    3- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.

    4- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.

    To reschedule an appointment, click on Reschedule.

    • Beware — if you just finished scheduling your appointment, please allow a 3-hour delay for the Reschedule button to appear in your account.

    • This will open the booking interface. Select a new day and time slot and click Save.

    Usually the tech will take care of everything that is coaxial. The modem comes with a small coax cable too. If you do not own the place, the owner must approve whatever the tech will need to do (like accessing a wiring panel or running wires along the building).


    If you ONLY feel the appointment requires important details then chat with Fizz so they can add them in. To chat:

    1. Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
    2. Look bottom right for the big ❔ question mark in a green bubble.
    3. Click it, options will be displayed
    4. Choose 💬 "Chat"
    5. Note: the bubble will only display the chat for a computer version. If you are on a cell phone, you must check "Desktop site" in your browser settings.
    6. Submit your question with possibly a relevant screenshot or modem photo 
    7. After that will be displayed the number of customers preceding you, to manage your expectations. Updated real time.

    ALTERNATIVELY, try leaving a message on Facebook Messenger (https://www.facebook.com/fizzca), iMessage or Twitter private. The advantages of Fizz tool are the management of waiting times and the ability to print (e.g. PDF) a copy of the conversation for your records. Sometimes you can even leave a comment about your satisfaction with the conversation.
