Profile page is not available?

I have this error when I am trying to open my profile page to change my adress since I am moving in a month. I have tried the last 2 days.

J'ai cette erreur quand j'aller changer mon adresse du a un demenagement dans le prochain mois.

J'ai ce problème sur plusieurs ordinateurs ou cellulaire peu importe la connexion Wifi ou LTE.

Les solutions proposé du post original ne sont pas applicable pour moi

This could happen when a VPN server is blocked. Changing location or not using the VPN for that moment are some solutions. I had that issue a while ago, one of the servers was blocked for a short while, then it came back. Don't know why 🤷‍♂️

It could also be a DNS issue, so try to

• clear the DNS cache like explained at https://www.ionos.com/digitalguide/server/configuration/flush-dns/
• if that does not work, use a different DNS server:
  • a how-to per platform https://privacy.net/set-up-cloudflare-dns-how-to/
  • or another way is using CIRA Canadian Shield https://www.cira.ca/cybersecurity-services/canadian-shield#setupinstructions
  • there are plenty others DNS servers

I have the same problem.

Did you try to use incognito mode or change the browser (on the computer or from computer to mobile)? Sometimes this helps.

If this does fail too, please contact support (My profile —> Contact Forms).

I have the same exact problem for 3 days now...

I tried with my cellphone or via my laptop and still is the same error message as if the link is not working anymore.

I do not use a vpn and I tried using incognito and still the same error message

suis allé par Bing et cela a fonctionner. Il doit y avoir un bug avec Chrome.....
