Call forwarding
So, I reset my iPhone because it was glitching so i typed *#62# and it says my calls are being forwarded to a random number that I don't know. Can I turn this off? In my phone settings it says its off so i assume its a carrier thing?
I dont know what category to put this so sorry if its not in the right one

Hello Adri,
all call forwarding codes are at the page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-set-up-call-forwarding#2
So if you initiated with **62*dial number# then you should be able to remove it with ##62#

On an android phone, this can all be controlled under Call Settings. I assume there should be a similar method for iPhones.
There are actually four categories:
Forward always:
Forward busy: (for when you are on the phone)
Forward no answer: (for when you don't pick up)
Forward unreachable: (for when the phone is out of range of a tower)
In my case, I have the last three go to a voip.ms number so that I can get my voicemail messages via email.
I have no idea why Fizz (and other carriers) don't allow voicemail via email.
