Moving with Fizz

Hi there Fizz Community!

I'm moving next month and will be keeping my Fizz service. The house I'm moving to is wired for Videotron (so, the same service). Do I actually need any sort of an appointment to get it set up? I'm not changing the modem or anything, just hooking it up and whatnot.
