If I buy an Iphone from Fizz and it stop working and still under warrenty, how to I have it repair or replace?

    If it is new, you will deal with Apple directly. If it is used (aka "preloved") then Fizz for 6 months.

    If your phone is an Apple product, any warranty claim must be dealt directly with Apple. Please refer to the Apple site for the details pertaining to their warranty

    You always have the constructor garentie. anayay Fizz dont have the best service for return/repair always use the contructor warrentie in my opinion.
