hello, I just subscribed to Fizz as a new user on may 13, 2021 but did not receive my 5 GB extra, did I miss any steps?

    Hello Ram,

    It is not at activation time. You must be subscribed to a mobile plan starting May 30th. The 5x1GB will be gifted by Fizz in a 60 day period following your subscription.

    The mobile subscription must be active before May 30, 2021. Five perks of 1 GB each will be automatically deposited in the account of all active Fizz mobile members within 60 days of that date. [...]

    The 5GB data is for all member active on the 31 may so you will receive it in june-jully :)
