My partner accidently sent back my SIM card.

How can I get another one sent?

If your card was not activated yet, just get a new one with these methods:

• You can order online, just connect to your account and go to https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/simcard/order?step=quantity
• You can also get one in store, find a point of sale here https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores

If it was activated,

1. go in your account at https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/plan
2. click manage your plan
3. click Change SIM card
4. Order a New SIM Card and explain your reason. You can quickly chat with Fizz to confirm the proper reason to write down.
