As for the picture quality, high-end models are usually best equipped. But this is a very subjective matter. And don't bite on the megapixel trend as the sensor size is not the whole picture (pun intended). The lens is/are the best tool for photography quality. Hello!
Most if not all mid range Samsung and Apple phones will have a good Wi-Fi connection. iPhone cameras keep things more true to life whereas Samsung phones will make photos more vibrant and colourful. When it comes to camera its mainly personal preference.
