Got charged 24 hours before but i still don't have acces to my data.
It was supossed that i would get charged with the fees of my cellphone plan on monday 10-05, but instead i got charged on sunday 09-05 but i still cant use my internet on my phone. It still shows on the page that i have no GB left. I would like to know what happened or if it was normal or an error being charged 1 day before. Thanks.

Have you just activated your plan for the fist time? Or are you a regular customer with a plan cycling every May 10th?
Yes it is normal that you being charged the day before your cycle:
Your plan is renewed at noon the day before the anniversary date of your payment cycle. If your next cycle starts May 5, payment for that cycle will be taken on May 4 at noon.
If you are a regular customer, then you should be able to confirm those dates with previous transactions in your transaction history with this URL https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/wallet/payment-history?prvState=profile
If something is still wrong, know that you can always chat with Fizz to have a clear and prompt answer about your account status.
And if you just activated it should be a matter of minutes to few hours, and even without a data plan Fizz gives 2 upgrades and a perk of few MB (that you must activate). So you should be able to access internet on your phone.

- Verify your plan
- Activate mobile data
- Deactivate the Wi-Fi
- Restart your phone
- Test with several websites and apps
- "Airplane mode" and "offline mode"
- Check if you have a data usage limit
- Make sure your phone’s APN has been correctly configured
- Mobile network selection
- Test the network using a different phone
- Reset your phone’s network settings
