    Both Upgrades and Perks have a shelve life.

    Upgrades expire 24 months after they were added to your account, regardless of whether you use them or not.

    The expiry date of Perks varies and is displayed on the perk directly.

    If a perk or upgrade was removed from your account you would need to contact fizz directly.

    Perk went to EXPIRED after some period. It's normal.
