Is there an issue with internet in my zone?

Hi,

I had this issue last Monday. I can't connect to internet. This morning I could But now it is cutting often. I mean it works then can't connect many times since 12pm.

I checked the connection and I payed of course. I am wondering if there is an issue in my local area?
