My device doesn't function and my 15 days warranty expired, what can I do ? Can anyone help me ?

    The 15 days implies Fizz as a proxy. Else, you need to check with the manufacturer.

    Apple and Samsung have stores in Quebec. You can get counter, in person, service.

    I would directly reach out to the manufacturer. They have dedicated support services especially in Quebec where consumer protection legislation tends to be tighter and more favourable to the consumer.

    Just use the warranty the 15 days is not the legal warranty :)
