Do upgrades expire?

I've had the voicemail upgrade for the longest time. it seems to have disappeared and now I am charged $2 for voicemail. This happen to anyone else?

    It is supposed to be 2 years, used or not.

    Every upgrade is valid for two (2) years starting from the date you receive it (whether you apply it to your plan or not).

    But apparently some observed a longer period. Maybe because Fizz is barely older than that. In the case of the voicemail upgrade, some old clients like you reported that it was indeed removed (after a bit more than 2 years, there was some grace period apparently).

    Yeah, they have a shelve life of 24 months from the moment you got them in your account regardless of whether you use them or not.
