I ordered phone and still have not received it yet. Spoke to fizz 5 times and they said we will look into this but still got no answer. What should I do?

Sorry you are experiencing this issue. Since you have already contacted Fizz support, I'm sure you will receive news from them shortly. Be sure to check your email regularly.
Also check your account again tomorrow. If you check under My Profile-> Order History-> View Details, you can see that the order needs to go through 3 more steps before it gets to you.

When is the date of your order ? Receive the phone can take up to a month.
Do you have the tracking on your account ?
Do you use Paybright with the purshase ?
