Whenever I try to call someone I get the message "you do not have access to this service, please call 611". I called 611 and they weren't able to do anything for me. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem%

Have you tried restarting your phone?
Please also check your Fizz account to ensure plan payments are up-to-date.
Have you been able to make calls previously? What phone model are you using?
You could also try the following: do a manual network search, choose Fizz EXT, wait a few seconds and then come back to the Fizz network and try to call and send texts.
Here are two examples depending on your phone type:
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search for
iPhone: Networks : Settings → Operators / Settings - Cellular data - Network selection - Disable automatic selection.
