Hi Adriana,
Yes you can transfer your mobile number. Please read the Fizz help FAQ for complete details: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activation-how-do-i-transfer-my-current-phone-number-to-fizz
You will need to order a SIM card or buy one from a participating Couche-Tard or Coop UQAM nearby. When you are ready, you can go to this link https://fizz.ca/en/mobile to select and activate your plan. You will need to have your credit card ready.

514 or any mobile numbers coming from the province of Quebec or the Ottawa region can be transferred.
It is no problem as long as :
- your Rogers account stays active
- it is not a landline or VoIP number
- it is not an administrative phone number

As for the SIM card, you can have the map for both merchants at https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores
If it is your first Fizz service, make sure that when you activate your plan, you use the referral code at the right place. It is at the ORDER SUMMARY step on A FIRST ACTIVATION:
- It's the only place you can apply it
- It's the only moment, forgetting it and it's too late
